Meet our sweet little “Fruit Bat” Kim — an 8-9 month old Lab, Shepherd, and Collie mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. Currently about 30 pounds and expected to be around 45 pounds at full size, she’s the perfect size for any home, from houses to apartments, as long as she gets regular exercise and quick access to her outdoor potty breaks.
This energetic pup adores other dogs and would thrive with a lively playmate in her forever home. She's currently enjoying the company of four other dogs in her foster home. While she hasn’t met any cats yet, she might be open to the idea with proper introductions, as her herding instincts could make for a cautious start.
She’s fantastic with kids but given her young age, she’s best suited for families with older children to help manage her playful nips. She is house trained and crate trained but expect a few accidents while she settles into a new environment.
Her playful nature is matched by her love for snuggling and car rides, where she loves to lean on the driver. She’s also a quick learner, already knowing basic commands like sit, stay, paw, and gentle. With a little patience, she’ll pick up more tricks in no time.
Though she might be a bit hesitant in new settings, she quickly warms up to her surroundings. With her endearing “fruit bat” look and charming personality, this little girl is ready to bring joy and love to a lucky family.
