- Is your dog good with other dogs? Small dogs only

- Is your dog good with kids? Yes, although learning his manners!
- Is your dog house trained? Work in progress! Atlas has a tendency to mark inside. His recent neutering and frequent bathroom schedule are helping with this habit.
- Is your dog crate trained? Yes, although he will take time to adjust to a new family
- Does your dog have any special needs? Atlas needs an owner who can help him build his confidence and set firm boundaries
- Does your dog have any or display any aggression? (Toys, food or people?) No
- Is your dog playful? Yes! And be prepared for a deep rumble play growl with this small man!
- Does your dog like to snuggle? He snuggles on his own terms only.
- Does your dog know basic commands? (Sit, stay...) Yes! More work on recall is needed.
- Does your dog know any special tricks? No
- Does your dog like to go on walks? Yes! He loves it outside although we are working on leash manners.
- Does your dog have any fears? Atlas can be very timid and shy with new people. A household with consistent members/visitors is best to help him continue building his confidence!
- Does your dog have any unique traits that you have noticed whether in personality or physically? Atlas has a big, goofy personality and latches onto people more than animals.

- Atlas is a small dog that has previously lived a “bossy” lifestyle. He will do best in a home that has owners who are able to set clear and firm rules/boundaries for Atlas to live by. These boundaries will help him feel more confident with his forever family by ensuring him they will take care of the world. Some of the boundaries/rules that his current foster family have for Atlas are: eating in the crate/designated space, being on place when the humans are eating, only allowed on the couch when invited, and they do not pick up this small dog (unless medically necessary). These daily habits help Atlas to not be threatened or scared of other animals living in the house, help him build his confidence in his own decision-making and building his autonomy.
