- Is your dog good with other dogs?: Yes, he loves to be apart of the pack!
- Is your dog good with cats?: Not yet tested
- Is your dog good with kids?: Not yet tested, but is very gentle and welcoming.
- Is your dog house trained?: (On the pee pad) Not fully, but tries to aim for the pad the majority of the time.
- Is your dog crate trained?: Yes, he loves his crate.
- Does your dog have any special needs?: No
- Does your dog have any or display any aggression? (Toys, food or people?): Bagel does better eating his food separate from the other dogs. Not necessarily due to aggression but he will make sure it is gone before another dog has a chance to take it!
- Is your dog playful?: Yes, bagel loves to play.
- Does your dog like to snuggle?: He has become quite the cuddler since his brother was adopted.
- Does your dog know basic commands? (Sit, stay...): Bagel understands “sit” and “paw”.
- Does your dog know any special tricks?: Paw
- Does your dog like to go on walks?: He is not old enough to have his vaccines yet, but once he does, we will work on leash manners. At the moment we try around the house but he’s not a fan of the leash. With lots of treats and persuasion he will do great.
- Does your dog have any fears?: He will run to a corner if there is a loud noise.
- Does your dog have any unique traits that you have noticed whether in personality or physically?: Bagel is completely white with blue/green eyes, and one brown spot in the middle of his back.
- What are the three first words that come to mind when you think of your dog?: Independent, observant and smart.
- Bagel is very food motivated, and requires a treat in order for him to do any tricks! He is white with one brown spot on his back, and a bunch of little spots on his ears. He is independent and doesn’t mind decompression time in his crate. He is house trained now but has the odd accident. He is super sweet and loves to be around his people. Bagel is extremely observant, if you walk away, we will be watching you from across the room. He enjoys playing with the bigger dogs we have in the home, and attempts to be friends with the smaller dogs. I think that eventually when Bagel is able to walk, he will be a great walker, due to the attentiveness he has when walking next to you in the house. Bagel will do great with another dog in the home and be an amazing addition to his future family!
