- Is your dog good with other dogs? She is indifferent to them. She would do best either alone or with another low energy dog.
- Is your dog good with cats? Untested, but suspect she would be indifferent to them as well.
- Is your dog good with kids? Yes, older and calmer children. Untested with kids below 10.
- Is your dog house trained? Yes
- Is your dog crate trained? Untested because she has been quiet and non-destructive around the house.
- Does your dog have any special needs? She is on medication for an eye and ear infection at the moment, and takes them very easily without making any fuss.
- Does your dog have any or display any aggression? (Toys, food or people?) None noted
- Is your dog playful? Not very playful as she’s mostly indifferent to other dogs. Katoo is very zen and likes her space.
- Does your dog like to snuggle? Yes. Katoo loves humans and she will be your little shadow… and try to hop up on the couch and bed to be with you all the time! She’s a total snugglebug!
- Does your dog know basic commands? (Sit, stay...) No, but I think she understands everything.
- Does your dog know any special tricks? None, but she’s very well behaved.
- Does your dog like to go on walks? Untested because its too cold in Feb for her to go out, but she has done well on a leash in the backyard.

- Does your dog have any unique traits that you have noticed whether in personality or physically? Big loving puppy eyes and a constantly sticking out tongue.
- What are the three first words that come to mind when you think of your dog? Cuddly, calm, loving
- Katoo came to the rescue in Feb 2025. She is very calm and sleepy senior dog with a big heart trapped in a small body. She is very well behaved and calm around the house during the day with small spurts of energy in the evening when she will try to play with her human when you talk to her. She is not destructive, does not countersurf (shes too small for that anyways), and loves cuddling with her human. She in mostly indifferent to her foster brother and is open to accepting love and affection from everyone. Her favorite pastime is to sit on the couch by the window and look outside. She really is a perfect dog and would make the most loving companion given the chance.
