In a short paragraph, please provide any other details or a brief overview of your foster dog.
At four years old, this sweet, spayed Rottweiler X is the perfect blend of playful energy and gentle affection. She’s a “little rottie” at just 40 pounds full of personality. Whether she’s leaping joyfully into the air to catch a ball or curling up beside you, Lita lives every moment with enthusiasm and warmth. Her foster describes her in three simple words: smart, playful, and snuggly—and it couldn’t be more accurate. Ledah loves her toys, especially a good game of fetch, and she’s always ready for an adventure outside. Afterward, she’s just as happy to settle in for a cozy nap, leaning into you for cuddles and offering the occasional affectionate “kiss.” When she’s especially content, she lets out her signature “Rottie rumble”—a soft, happy “woo” that’s sure to make you smile. Ledah is well-mannered in the home—she’s house-trained, crate-trained, and not destructive. She knows her basic commands and responds well to guidance. On walks, her excitement used to get the best of her, but she has made great progress and now walks nicely using a halti-style head halter. She’s eager to learn and will thrive with continued gentle training and consistency. She would do best in a house with a fenced yard where she can safely play and stretch her legs. Ledah gets along with other dogs but benefits from slow introductions. Because of this, her future family should be attentive and ready to advocate for her needs. She is not suited for a home with cats, as they make her nervous. Ledah has interacted wonderfully with children and would be a great companion. She can get excited, but she responds well when guided and settles quickly. Ledah is a loving, loyal dog who simply wants a stable home where she can feel safe, understood, and cherished. In return, she will offer endless affection, companionship, and a joyful spirit that brightens every day. If you’re looking for a devoted friend who will play hard, love deeply, and snuggle close—Ledah might just be the one you’ve been waiting for.
