Myrrh is an incredibly sweet boy. He craves connection and constantly wants to cuddle with you or another animal. He likes dogs but LOVES people. He plays well with other dogs and takes correction but can be pretty persistent with his puppy antics, which some dogs may not have the patience for. He is mostly respectful of cats, he is interested and may follow them, but doesn't appear to have any prey drive towards them. He is making progress in house training and mostly goes outside, though he hasn't figured out how to communicate that he needs to go yet. When he first arrived in foster he was frantic around meal times, but within less than a week has learned how to sit and wait before going to his bowl. He will even wait for an “OK” before taking a treat from your hand.
Myrrh is ok being left home alone, however he is scared of being crated and left. He is good in his crate during the day or night with people nearby, but his adopter should slowly build up tolerance for alone crate home. Myrrh honours his husky genetics with his flair for the dramatic and is not afraid to tell you about how he's feeling, which can be loud. Myrrh would be happy as an only dog where he gets lots of attention or with another playful DOG
