TITO'S PIC GALLERY

    TITO'S BIO

    BREED : BEAGLE X - MALE - 8 MONTHS OLD

    • Suitable for which type of housing? House, Townhome OR Apartment - additional to add for housing : Tito would be happy anywhere but can be vocal.
    • Is your dog good with other dogs? Yes
    • Is your dog good with cats? Untested - additional to add for cat interactions : Untested in foster home.Is your dog good with kids? Yes - additional to add for kids interaction : Tito has happily met children in the neighborhood, he was gentle and happy to approach them. He would likely do fine with dog-savvy kids.
    • Is your dog house trained? Yes - additional to add for house training : Fosters have been taking him out frequently as he is still young, but he has had no accidents in the house and is able to go the whole night without a bathroom break.
    • Is your dog crate trained? In Progress - additional to add for crate training : Tito is very happy to sleep in his crate (in fosters bedroom) at night, and happy to go in on his own (second crate in kitchen area) to have his meals, play with his toys or nap. Leaving him in the crate when he is home alone is a work in progress.
    • Does your dog have any special needs? No
    • Does your dog display any aggression (toys, food, people)? Tito has given a small growl when the resident dog gets close to him while he is eating. This could be easily managed with separate eating areas and he is young enough that he could likely be discouraged from this kind of behavior.
    • Is your dog playful? Yes, he loves playing with the resident dog and loves playing with his toys. He also loves to fetch a ball.
    • Does your dog like to snuggle? Yes, he loves to cuddle up on the couch in the evening, especially if a cozy blanket is involved.
    • Does your dog know basic commands? (e.g., Sit, Stay) Sit, down, working on stay.
    • Does your dog know any special tricks? When Tito gets the "down" command he does a very cute barrel roll onto his back.
    • Does your dog like to go on walks? Yes, he loves to sniff out the neighborhood and is easy to walk.
    • Does your dog have any fears? None seen, but he does not love the vacuum cleaner.Does your dog have any unique traits (personality or physical)? Tito is just a tiny dude, he has the sweetest eyes and soft ears, and his little spotty belly is irresistibly cute.
    • What are the first three words that come to mind when you think of your dog? Sweet, cutie, goof.

Tito is a bright and sweet young pup who will make you smile as soon as you see him. He is a very quick learner and shows a bit of stubbornness common to his age and breed. He will benefit from an owner who will continue his training with consistency and positivity. He is incredibly cute and affectionate, he will do a full-body wiggle wag when he gets excited, and he loves his meals so much that his tail wags the whole time he eats. Tito can be vocal (also breed typical) but that is subsiding as he gets used to the normal noises of the house and with continued training. Tito loves to cuddle and is happy to meet new people when out and about.
